ILAS 490 - Advanced Topics: World Religions

World Religions (ILAS 490, Section YE1 (Ref. #9095)),
an on-line summer course that will introduce you to the major World Religions.
The course begins June 7th. Students will spend approximately one week on each of the following:
- Judaism
- Christianity
- Islam
- Hinduism
- Buddhism
- Taoism and Confucianism
- Primitive
- New Age Religions
This class is designed to spark your curiosity and educate you on the diversity of religion.
It may count as an elective for you, or toward an interdisciplinary requirement.
Three face to face meetings at NIU Hoffman Estates on Saturday 6/7, 7/12, and 8/2 from 9 a.m. to noon.
Bring an open mind and leave your preconceptions at the door!
